30 minute phone screening followed by 2 hour in person interview with three members of the operations and product teams. Final stage was a week long (48 hour, 5 day) paid working interview.

Currently we partner with a furniture vendor to provide easy furnishing solutions to our customers as they move in to their apartments; should we expand to include this type of service as a product we offer, or leave the third party partnership as-is?

the process was great. It was a friendly staff and everyone was great. Not a lengthy process, but definitely in-depth and a lot of fun. Great environment and staff! Would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great operations role.
