From my CV sent to the job offer, it was very efficient. Friendly interview with relevant questions. Felt very much at ease during the process. I found the process engaging and easy to break the ice.

Interview process not communicated clearly in the advert. I was only informed during the first interview that it would be a two-stage process. Then after the initial interview, I did not receive any follow-up communication to say I was unsuccessful. Overall, the experience reflected poor communication - and it was a Director of Communications that interviewed me! Thankfully, I wasn’t too invested, as the offered pay was the same as my current salary.
