Homescout Realty interview questions

Initial interview was conducted over the phone. Received very basic questions just trying to understand me, my personality, and my goals for the company. Second interview was in person where I got to meet one other member of the team and understand more about the company, its philosophies and what to expect on the job. The whole process was relatively relaxed.
