Entrevista de 5 minutos para entender melhor sobre o candidato e sua ideia de projeto voltado para transformação digital com método SMART. Primeiro realizada uma dinâmica em grupo como uma oficina de ideias e depois cada candidato passa por uma entrevista unitária. O processo tem vários pre testes e caso você seja aprovado nessa oficina, passa para uma outra etapa antes de receber ou não uma proposta.
