Interview
The interview starts with one round with HR, one round with senior managers, and one round with director (manager's manager). Mostly behavioral with one or two technical questions. Very conversational.
The interview was positive. It was mainly technical accounting questions and a few behavioral questions sprinkled in. I interviewed with 4 women, so it was great to see women in leadership roles.
