The interview conference was setup through Orion International. The first day consisted of a site tour, presentation by various hiring managers, and a meet and greet session with those hiring managers. On the second day the interview consisted of me walking the interviewers through my resume; being questioned about experience in problem solving, leading a project, and multitasking; and me identifying the culprit of one of their products given a set of symptoms and a technical manual. I was greatly aided by having relevent technical leadership and project management skills in the Air Force, having a solid resume, and being talked up pretty well by Orion International Honeywell account managers. The interview went very well. The interviewers were very friendly and nonthreatening. I imagine they would have been so even if they found me to be a bad fit. The only reason I didn't recieve a job offer was because of an imediate hiring freeze right after the interview.
