I applied online. I interviewed at Honeywell (Brisbane) in Jun 2017
Interview
The graduate recruitment process is very long and a lot of steps are involved. Firstly, I was required to complete a number of online tests, followed by an automated video interview where questions are shown on the screen and you have a certain amount of time to answer. After this (if you are successful), you must complete more online personality tests and travel to their office (which was about 12 hours away from me) at your own expense to complete a 3 hour group assessment and interview process with other graduates. If you were successful at this stage, you then complete another interview (for me it was over video) with the graduate recruitment manager and this is the final step in the process before background checking.
It's a long and (for some people) expensive process but the staff were very welcoming and they get to know you along the way. However it is frustrating when you get to the very last round after a month of interviews and tests and they tell you that you didn't get the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Perth, Western Australia) in Jun 2013
Interview
Recruitment process was excellent, the recruitment team consistently updated on the progress of the application.
The stages of recruitment was as follows: Online application, online assessment, group interview, face to face interview and a final interview.
