Completed a telephone interview with a person who had no experience or knowledge of the skill sets required and this was a Honeywell recruiter. Every word of my answers was documented. Called back for a second telephone interview, same questions, same documenting all answers. Felt like I was being tested for honesty.
I was called in for a interview with the manager and his lead technician. Interview lasted 45 minutes and asked a series of the normal behavior questions and a few routine technicial questions. I was never shown the work area or the test cells. And if I had been shown these areas would have not accepted the position.
Having a few friends that worked for the company that Honeywell bought out, Air Research I had a few questions. I inquired about having tools and was informed that all tools would be provided. I am not sure if the manager understood the questions, but this cost me several thousand dollars to have a complete set of tools.
