I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
First round was a Face to face interview with HR. In this interview it was basically an assessment of work attitude towards working conditions and travel. Second round was with the Matrix Manager. In this round basic questions around industry and capability were asked. Third round was a phone interview with Hiring Manager. This was perhaps the easiest round next to the first round with HR, as all questions were geared towards work attitude. Final interview was with the Managing Director. The MD asked more questions along the lines of interests and prior work experience.
