Interview
Casual, very straight-forward. Interviewed with other Commodity Managers who were very realistic about the workload and expectations. They explained it was a high volume, fast pace environment and the role had a lot of autonomy to provide results. The background check, drug test, and physical took several weeks to complete once the offer was made. Overall a good process, just somewhat longer than expected.

HR typical interview doesn{t really matter th egood one is with the hiring manager. Easy interview they will ask you technical questions regarding the role and hard skills. Average difficulty nothing too fancy I would advise you to apply and see how it goes.
