I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honeywell in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview team held a pre-night dinner before formal interview, and it is nice to get connected with recruiters. They are very nice to share personal experiences with us.
The interview was the next day, and it was a little bit stressful. The interviewer was serious, and there were some tricky questions. The others are typical behavioral questions. The interview lasted for 45 minutes. They gave prompt feedback to us the next morning, asking me to wait for the response from Asian area. However, it is until one week later that they gave me an explicit decline.

Interview
Overall great experience from beginning to end. I applied through my career services. Was invited to an information session and then had a one on one interview the next day. I moved on to the second round which was at the Aerospace headquarters in Arizona all candidates were flown out and got to meet each other. Lots of talented and smart people. You have to bring your A game. Mostly behavior questions for all interviews. If you are confident and meet the culture fit you will do well.
