Fill out application online, they give you a interview time range to come in (from 8 am to 4 pm most likely), come in with SS card/ID, they verify info when you come in, give you a on spot interview just to get a fill for you and what you want to do, you do a drug test right after. Very easy and anyone can do it/get in the pool of available people for work.
