I applied online. Received a call and was asked some questions as a sort of pre-interview screen and then scheduled the interview which was a panel interview with 3 other applicants.
Received an email for invitation to attend pre-screening event. First round is 15 min pre-screening event with all of Houston Methodist. Second round 30 mins is a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.

the interview went well and interviewer was nice. You can expect questions related to situational//behavioral and questions about why you want to be a nurse. My experience has been great with Methodist.
