Basically talked about what the job does and asked me a few general questions about my experience and how I would handle things. The interviewer talked a lot about multitasking. Also, over zoom interviews, is it common for the interviewer to have their camera off?

Interview
Recruiter missed our initial interview. That’s fine. I’m understanding. We rescheduled and she didn’t mention it or apologize. That put me off a bit. From there she focused on my most recent position and didn’t ask me any questions about the 6 years of logistics experience on my resume. She focused on my hotel experience. I asked her a few questions and her answer was that she didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. The interview wrapped up with her telling me to email her if I have any questions. I figured since I didn’t get to mention any of my strengths in logistics that I wasn’t going to make it to the next round based solely off my unrelated hotel experience. I received my rejection email soon after.
