Pros

-Benefits are ok, coworkers are nothing but great.

Cons

-Management and organization is extremely poor. -Tech support and other roles do not exist. impossible to communicate for support. -Pay is extremely inconsistent. Within the last year, pay has been pushed or not given 10 times. -Take advantage of good employees and let the bad ones fly under the radar with upper managements protection. -Upper management fails to communicate changes effectively in any capacity.

Pros

The people. bottom to mid-level management.

Cons

This company has been one of the most disappointing places I've encountered. Employees and carriers regularly deal with delayed payments, and communication regarding those delays is often poor or nonexistent. Management seems far more concerned with protecting the company's interests than treating people fairly. The workplace culture leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are often made to feel undervalued, unsupported, and easily replaceable. The company also seems to go through periodic waves of terminations, where employees are let go simply for being among the lowest performers at the time, regardless of circumstances or overall contribution. These positions often remain unfilled, leaving the remaining staff to absorb additional responsibilities and workloads. Concerns raised by employees are frequently ignored, and there appears to be very little regard for the well-being of the people who keep the business running. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering working with or for this company.

Pros

It's job that will work you to your bone marrow, and when your soul is gone they'll expect more from you. A 14 hour day is normal, and your required to work a 10 to 12 hour shift (mostly a 12 hour shift 5 days a week) you'll never do enough and you'll receive very, very little for your time and effort. The pay is a joke.

Cons

Far too many to list.
