Toxic, Absent Leadership, Heavy Workload, Complex Job, Very Poor Salary
May 26, 2023 - Supply Chain Manager in Fayetteville, ARRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A few of the people who still work here actually do care, unfortunate for them.
Cons
Non-competitive salary, raises and promotions frozen for last two years. People leave and they gap critical roles to fill those other roles but don't promote people to do the more difficult Job. None of the teams have any oversight, nobody holds anyone accountable outside of operations.

Pros
home daily, easy job and ok equipment
Cons
This job was the biggest mistake. The recruiter lies to you just to get you on, you dont make anywhere near the money he said. There is no communication at all and when you do finally get ahold of someone you just wasted an hour of your time and life. Orientaion is a complete joke the sit you in front of a computer give you a log in and say there you go and any questions well better save them to yourselves because they dont know. And any equipment you need for your job they dont pervide you have to buy them. I was told i would make 116k a year and weekly would be 2250. lol nope drivers only make 1200 to 1500 gross a week if your lucky. Dont waste your time with this company.

Dissapointing
Apr 7, 2023 - Senior Account Representative in Oakbrook Terrace, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Bonus this year was great. Gym facilities are excellent. Managers are great to work with and try to help as much as possible.
Cons
This place is rotting from the top down. They lost a ton of business in the last year, mostly due to lack of customer service and resources. The solution? Cut them even more. It's classic keep stock holders happy today and kick the can down the road. 30+ people have quit since they eliminated work from home/Cut overtime/eliminated holiday pay. That's right, they ELIMINATED holiday pay. You work Christmas? Here's a hand shake. And this place is so petty, VP's literally show up on Holidays just to make sure everyone is in the office and then go home. Hub brags about its commitment to the environment. Then turns around and makes employees burn gas driving into work, contributing to pollution and traffic. It's corporate PR garbage.
