I was contacted by an agency about my interest in the role and, after confirming, was quickly contacted by a Hubspot recruiter to set up a call. The call was set to 30 minutes and there were six questions. Throughout the call I had the feeling of talking to a junior recruiter going through their checklist rather than having a conversation. The call was on a Friday and the promised to respond on a Monday, which they did via email. The email was personalised a provided specific details on why it was not a match this time, which was very useful.
