I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2020
Interview
Recruiter Screen, Manager Screen, 4 part interview with Eng, Design, other PMs. Given an interview prep guide which was broader than the interview - and kind of lulls you into a false sense of security as to what you'll actually be asked, so watch out for that. Some questions are not asked, some stuff you'd prepare for normally, but aren't on the guide, may be asked. Always be ready for any question. Felt like it was a good opportunity to learn about who I'd be working with, as well as a very balanced interview process.

Question 1
Asked if I used the product and if I thought it could use any improvements
HR screening then hiring manager. They typically responded to emails relatively quickly. All emails came from an HR coordinator. The first interview was relatively high level with deeper and technical questions saved for the hiring manager.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Solid overall interview, team was super friendly and the recruiter was incredibly helpful. No real problems throughout the process. If anything id maybe call out that the case study (asking for elaboration of past experience) felt a bit long.

Question 1
Explain a time when you made a large business impact
Very structured, lots of support in the process, and lots of resources to give you insights about working there along the way. Very supportive recruiters, and clear expectations with sample questions for each round.
