Interview
Really straightforward. Met with some nice people, asked me appropriate questions based on the stage of the interview that were relevant to the job spec. Never felt like I was being grilled, which was a great indicator of the culture of the company. I was prepped by the recruiter with tips about what they would like me to cover. I was lucky during my interview process, to get multiple offers from some great companies, and the good vibes off Hubspot that I got from the interview process was one of the reasons why I chose to take the role

They had a couple of questions about HEART, the company culture code. It's very important to be able to demonstrate you share the same values as them, or else no matter how smart or technically brilliant you are, you won't make it through.

Interview
After several remote interviews I had the opportunity to be flown up to meet team members in person at Hubspot HQ. Everyone was very thorough and I really enjoyed the full day of interviews. I had a final interview online with the final decision maker and while I was not given an offer, I truly appreciated the opportunity to meet with them.
