Hudson Health Plan interview questions

Initially had to take a technical evaluation test to verify my skill set as step one of the process. Then I met with the manager and spoke with her and she explained to me what the position involved and told her that I was more than capable of handling the position and all that came with it. Then met with the IT director and spoke with him and then finally the Data Center manager.

I was contacted via email to come in for the first interview which required me to take a detailed exam on Microsoft Office and writing and editing skills. The test took about three and a half hours and the last half hour I spent talking to an HR representative. The exam results are calculated automatically so you will know if you did well. If they approve your scores, you will be called for a second interview. It was with the respective department heads. Confidence, clarity and understanding go a long way here. What can you offer them, do you plan on growing with the company, etc. There is no third interview and HR will notify you with either decision. Since I was the first person interviewed, the whole process took about 5 weeks.
