I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huge (Brooklyn, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
Booked interview after applying online. They postponed at the last minute without explanation. Heard back from them 10 days later. Finally interviewed over Skype. They just asked me to walk through portfolio items and didn't interrupt much. They said they'd make a decision within 10 days exactly. Roughly 20 days later, I received a rejection email. I received two other offers in that time.
Either they're really busy or they don't care much about interviewing people. Or both?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Huge in Jan 2018
Interview
The most ridiculous and unprofessional interview process I have been in my entire life.
Be careful and don't waste your time - it's a sinking ship and I'm glad I saved myself!
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huge

1 in person interview with panel of 2 team members. They reviewed my portfolio and made me walk through 1 project that shows best UX practices, and the other was which project I was most passionate about.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Huge (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Got a next-day on-campus interview after a campus job fair. It was mostly a portfolio review. I walked through several projects in my portfolio and the recruiter asked questions about how I tackled specific problems in my projects. Then I asked the recruiter what it is like to work at Huge and opportunities for training for entry level positions.
