I applied online and two weeks lates I received an invitation for a Montage telephone interview, then 1 week later I received an invitation for an interview with the Hiring Manager. Now i’m waiting to see if I got an offer or not!

Interview
Applied on the company website, selected for Montage Interview, then Montage face to face interview, which had technical difficulties on their end so I couldn’t see the panel. I could only hear them. This actually made me be less nervous. Received follow up call and offer the next day.
