I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Humana recruiter did great job putting interview together. I only did in person. Phone screened with recruiter. Interview was pretty informal. I talked to the manager and the other process manager in the same group. I was much more qualified technically for the job than the other process manager. It went really well I thought. The manager even skipped his other meeting to keep talking. Very disappointed. If I still didn't want to work for Humana this would be negative.
I applied online. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Montage video interview with panel. 2 or 3 questions from each panel member. Do you home work on the Company values, Uses Behavioral Interviewing style. Very casual, technology didn't work correctly.

Question 1
What was your biggest ever mistake and how did you recover.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in May 2012
Interview
Was hired internally (move within the same company). Was referred for this position through my internal network. Brief, initial interview with HR rep by phone and referral from former manager earned me an in-person interview. Two in-person interviews, the first with two managers (one of which is now my current manager), the second with supervisors from a closely-related group. Questions were mostly behavioral and related to background and accomplishments, primarily to evaluate whether I had a baseline of relevant experience and whether my personality would be a good fit (openness, positive attitude, sense of urgency). Process was quite painless and felt like a given, despite my lack of a mentor or sponsor in the area (Humana can be VERY political that way..)

Question 1
No real difficult questions (nothing you couldn't find on a basic "interview advice" article online). Detail was expected regarding my understanding of the value and broader strategy behind my work and my specific approaches to resolving personality conflicts, influence without authority, and a difficult ethical situation.
