They had questions set up for you. Definitely throw some questions that threw me off but it wasn’t bad. First interview was on zoom. Make sure to have questions prepared

Managers seem eager to hire people. Questions were a little different. More behavioral questions rather than performance. 2 managers. One was in training. Interview was about 45 min. I believe some questions were repeated.

Very laid back, the company is looking for individuals that are comfortable with conducting on on one or group presentations. You are expected to have the ability to manage a client base once you sign them into a medicare plan.To be considered for employment you also have to agree to go to Louisville,KY for training and company indocrination which lasts for 3-4 weeks.
