The process was fully remote (during covid-19) and consisted of an initial screening webchat with the COO, followed by more technical webchats with the heads of relevant departments each 40-60 minutes long. During these interviews we discussed my experience, with them digging into parts that were of most interest for them.
After these interviews I did a simple live technical test with the CTO and then discussed how to expand upon the solution into a production environment, followed by other general questions.
Overall it was a very good and professional experience, with the hiring manager contacting me within 24 hours after each stage to arrange the next interview stage. Each interview was orientated around my experience and CV which developed into interesting and insightful discussions for both. All interviewers were open and honest.
