I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long—five rounds in total, including a case study, peer interview, critical thinking interview, and leadership interview. While the recruiter was communicative throughout the early stages, I received no feedback after the final interview—just a generic rejection email. It’s disappointing to invest that much time, especially taking multiple days off from my current job, only to be dismissed without meaningful closure. It felt like a decision that could’ve been made well before the fifth round.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Portland, OR) in Aug 2010
Interview
There interview process was extremely lengthily. My first interview was a phone interview with their HR recruiter. She asked me standard behavioral interview questions that made me provide real examples from my past experience.
