Three other Managing Directors plus the Talent Acquisition person conducted the interviews. Each successive MD seemed to have higher authority over the previous. The interviews were via video conference call.

Interview process was extremely bad, mostly because of their lead recruiter. Half truths, ghosted promises, poor communications. Even in their early recruitment process, they gave off a very condescending tone. This aligns to what I’ve heard elsewhere about the company’s culture and leadership. Unlikely to be interest in the org in the future.
