fairly easy, they ask why you want to work there, what do you see yourself doing in five years, questions about their values and mission statement. the lady called me because I had a employee referall also she knew I had great customer service skills because she went threw drive threw while I worked at a fast food place
One interview with HR manager followed by a follow-up drug screen. Overall interview was basic information like employment history, what you are excited for followed by an expectation of hours worked and such.
