I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH)
Interview
I was hired awhile ago so this does not reflect the current practices. At the time group interviews were used. I think interviews have shifted to having more technical tests where difficult software questions are asked. My hiring process started with an on-line application, followed being invited to Hyland to take some written technical tests, followed by an interview event where about a dozen candidates each went through three interviews. One of these interviews had me in a room with five or six managers and team leads which was pretty nerve wracking! I 'passed' the group interview and was invited for for a final interview with the people in the area I'd be working with. After passing that interview I received a job offer.
