There is a pathetic process where employers contact you and then does not value you, your time or anything. They keep on shifting interview dates and does not even reply back to you
- no questions, they themselves do not know what they want.

The job description was inconsistent with what was required and what was asked during the interview, I got the impression that the company is looking for a completely different person than presented in the advertisement.
