There were 4 separate interviews for me with: HR - standard getting to know you questioning; site technical leader - checking my technical knowledge and experience on a range of topics including electronics, mechanics and vacuum systems, closely following my answers to a test already performed beforehand; site manager - focused on soft skills, attitude towards teamwork, ability to work to deadlines; project manager - high level questions about attitude towards work in general and the location of the project, was interested to learn about my work history.
