Went through a couple of over the phone interviews. Relatively straightforward questions and everyone was pleasant. From start to finish the whole process did take around a month. They are looking to make sure you understand corporate america and have the right personality. Make sure you are in a quiet place and be yourself. Be prepared and know your IBM history. IBMers love their company! They have the right to be proud

I got an interview after completing several pre-rounds. The interview was 45 minutes long and consisted of behavioral questions. The interviewer was extremely nice and the questions are pretty classic.
