The interview process was supposed to have two stages: an online coding assessment and an interview with an IBM engineer. Despite completing the online coding assessment, I was not selected for the role.

Standard coding questions related to algorithms. Their preferred language was C++ but I did code in Python.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IBM (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2025

The interview process was neutral. I only got an online assessment after I submitted my resume through a referral, but still have not been emailed back yet. Doubt they will respond.
Interview was good, Most of the things were asked about the project. If Project is on AI Ml it's better. You'll be required to know in and out about your project.
