      Operations Professional Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM in Jul 2010

      Interview

There was an aptitude test on the first day, which was more into judging the applicant's speed and basic/common sense rather than tough Math/English. It was followed by a one to one Interview. The questions mainly focussed on the final year project (since it was a Campus recruitment). The interviewer seemed to assess few basic qualities - confidence, speaking and listening skills and attitude.
