Very lengthy, took very long to get an offer, when I did, it was below market average. Recruiter said they dont want to bring rainmakers to IBM because they take to long to make a decision, and when they do, the offers (compensation) is below market average.

Interview
The whole process took 1 month after applying through online. From email screening, online interview, offer discussion, and offer letter. The overall process was smooth and both HR and interviewer were friendly and helpful. There were three parts during the interview, self introduction, interviewer explaining about the JD, and QnA. Very warm and friendly conversation.
