Everything was good, they explained very well the type of candidate they was looking for the job, and land it quickly. Ask if I will ready to get this new position and put me in contact with different technical and commercial person inside the business unit. They get as much background information as they can to verify my abilities for doing the job responsibilities and duties-

Interview
Video interview on hire vue with 2 questions. Easy to prepare. Questions are about motivation to join the company. It gives you 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to answer.
We were acquired. There was no interview process. For internal transfers it is all based on your certifications and on knowing the right person at the right time. Should you ever be hired by IBM, make sure you know as many people as possible and that they know who you are.
