Interview
We had 3 sets of rounds: IPAT(Aptitude which was medium in level, not easy), Kenexa(Business communication, very easy if you are fluent in English) and the third was the Personal Interview. The IPAT had two sections: the first section had around 20 questions of series completion(many were harder than expected), while the other part had general aptitude questions.

This is brand new interview process taken by IBM for our college,Firstly, they given us the cognitive test(gaming type) which contains 5 sections all about (Puzzles, shortestPathFindings, maths(Add,Sub,Mult,Div) etc..) Nothing Technical & general Apt..You will find silly to solve this..But most of the people eliminated here. Then (Round2). Pesonality Test(Agree/diasgree/slightly agree)....(Round3)..Coding Test Here u will be given qstns of some high level on Hackerrank platform(This is the difficult round to qualify)...(Round4)..Basic english test no elimination in this round...Finally Tech&Hr interview where u will be asked qstns based on ur resume & Projects..

Interview
First we had a Gamify round which had interactive games and then, psychometric round where the questions were more about the candidate and his views. The third round was a coding test where 2 questions, 8 MCQ and 1 hour time was given.

Basic technical questions are asked. A person with clear understanding of basics can get through the interview. Then HR round is a basic background related round. Be honest and confidant and you will be able to crack the interview.
