First I was contracted by HR for an interview, then I got an invitation for an assessment center in IBM. After passing through the AC, I had an manager interview after which I got hired.
People asking to write codes. Experienced people should not ask to write code.
It’s an onsite location they are interviewing for with toxic environment, with no new technologies used. Why to interview on something which you are clearly not using
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru)

Easy interview with 2 rounds technical and 1 round hr. The process is smooth and the management is good. The technical was round was average with questions on java springboot
