First, i receive a phone call to schedule a time with recruiter and introduction to position and my expectation. After that i made second phone interview with team leader he made some tests on the phone and after we finish with team leader, line manager get the line and ask me more about characteristic feature and business related questions. Plus i also get testified with native collague about my language skills.
