Design questions around using mainframes. No cloud based opportunities. IBM wanted people to work on their legacy businesses. Lowball salary and benefits were not that outstanding. About what I expected after reading other reviews.

Interview
Interview process was quite simple,
1- Hacker rank test with React and JS question
2- Technical round with Lead
3- HR round
Process is simple as it take a long time between steps
