Nice and quick, hr from Pune managed my interview at Noida as I was at client location.
Really appreciate the process.
Also the same day they manage to get a managerial panel within next 1 hour.
The IBM interview process includes resume screening, technical interviews on coding and concepts, and HR round evaluating communication, culture fit, and overall suitability. Overall difficulty level is easy to moderate .
1st round is technical round and another is Manager round after that got call from HR to negotiate the package. Received the offer letter within 1 week. Technical round lasted for 45 mins and asked c# basics, .net core questions and manager round discussed about current project and latest technologies used.
