We submitted a poster initially, the best poster skilled the Group discussion round . Initial screening was done based on resume. The shortlisted resumes were called for Group discussion. This was followed by an Interview, non technical just discussion. And got the offer then and there itself
There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
