Phone call screening and face to face interview with the manager. Spoke about different topics regarding customer interaction and different processes that were in place. Also spoke about team objectives and expectations for the role. I was also given a tour and met some of the staff members.

The interview process was very brief with questions about availability and previous experiences. It went pretty well as the person who interviewed me was very flexible with call times and made the call as informal as he can.
