Interview
First was online aptitude test followed by technical+HR interview. Technical questions were subject related and project related. Nothing major and HR interview was more concentrated about me, my hobbies, why i chose IBM.

Why did your overall score kept decreasing after 10th?
I was hired in through contracting company. Interviewed first by that company however it was mostly just telling them what my experience was and providing them keywords that would look good.

Interview
Hiring is thru contract bases if you are a fresher or it would be on campus selection. 1st round is a technical aptitude round , 2 nd is a 1 to 1 technical round and the last round is manager round.
