      was phone interview with engineering manager and PMTS project lead who asked me about my experience and RTL implementations I had done over the years and specifically interested to know if those implementation went into high volume production which in my case they did but seemed like I hadn't had RTL that made it to silicon production they may not have made offer

Ask about background and basic qualifications. Clarify details from the resume. Possibly assess communication skills. 3. First Round Interview (Technical or Non-Technical) Conducted by a hiring manager or team member. Format can be: Phone or video call. Technical test, such as coding (for technical roles). Behavioral questions to understand fit and soft skills. Assesses skills and problem-solving abilities relevant to the role. 4. Second Round / Onsite Interview (Panel or Series) Often involves multiple interviews with team members, managers, or stakeholders. May include: Technical deep-dives or case studies. Whiteboard exercises or live coding. Behavioral and situational interviews (e.g., STAR method). Assessment of culture fit and team dynamics.
