Very hectic and poorly organized. Had dinner and reception in hotel. None of the other candidates knew why they were selected for this particular position (we had all applied for different things). It was mostly industrial engineers/OR majors, so those who were simply econ or business felt awkward. Recruiters were cool, but hard to get to. Interviews were brief (only 3, the next day). Behavioral, each interviewer focusing on different aspects. First one was about experience, second one almost approached a case, third one was fit. Poorly organized because rather than inviting us in an office, everyone was interviewed in a big conference room, making it hard to focus, or to get a feel for the company. Left with a bad feel, knowing I will not get a call, but feeling somehow relieved about that...
