I applied through other source. I interviewed at IBM (Boston, MA) in Sep 2020
Interview
3-day interview process. Initial behavioral screen with manager. Next day, I was sent a front-end project description that took all day to code (it was very loaded). 3-day interview process. Initial behavioral screen with the manager. Next day, I was sent a front-end project description that took the whole day to code (it was very loaded). The following day I had a follow-up interview with the entire team to present my project, I had to prepare slides and everything. The process was very time-consuming and they should have presented feedback if they were just going to turn me down.

Question 1
Build a front-end application using Angular or React
The first round was a tech assessment containing two questions one for testing arrays and strings and the other for testing database knowledge. But the questions were of medium level and not easy
Applied for the AI Engineer internship at IBM. Did not receive an interview, but I did complete the coding assessment. It consisted of two LeetCode-style questions, one easy and one medium. Both were straightforward standard algorithm problems, nothing AI or ML specific. No behavioral or technical interview stage was reached. Overall the process felt impersonal with no feedback provided on why I wasn't moved forward.
