it was phone screening for 5-7 minutes. After that they did background check.it was work from home they ask for the laptops and internet available at home.whole process took almost 1 week.

Precise and quick. Straight to the point interview. Panel interview helps me a lot to gain more confidence to face different people at different paces of interview questions. Eventhough it's a business process outsourcing company still they make possible questions that would help inline with work.
