1 HackerRank round - Medium difficulty level 1 Techno-Managerial round - Easy difficulty level 1 Project Delivery Manager (PDM) round - Easy difficulty level Total duration - Approx. 30-45 days from 1st round to receiving offer letter. HR processing is slow and haphazard in coordination. Ideally the candidate should be referred to a job code first and then the subsequent steps should follow. But in some cases like mine, the tagging is done after the candidate has cleared all the rounds. This leads to delayed or even lost communication between coordinators. I had to keep following up with all the different HRs through out the process to keep my profile updated and relevant. Had I not kept hounding them I believe my profile would have been lost in their huge pile.

Got call from HR for scheduling interview. I wanted to take this opportunity to provide feedback on my interview experience with interviewer. I felt that the interviewer was not giving proper attention to the answers I provided and was engaged in a continuous discussion with a family member. This behaviour was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for the candidate's time and effort. It would be helpful if the recruiter or coordinator could stay on the call until the interview is finished to ensure that the interviewee's time is respected, and they feel heard and valued. Whereas coordinator joined, took screenshot and dropped. Big waste of time. It's fine if you say no to candidate but having professionalism and respect towards candidate is important.
