I got the offer for intern at IBM for team. I got meet to the head of team then after that a technical interview is scheduled. In the technical interview, the interviewer seems to be unmanaged because he stretched the interview to 2 hours which was supposed to only 1 hour unnecessarily just with the intention of rejection.

You submit your application (resume, cover letter, portfolio if relevant). A recruiter or hiring manager reviews it to see if your background matches the role.
It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
