Interview
Long waits between steps and little feedback. Face to face x 2, 2 telephone calls, 1 appraisal with group tasks and interviews from staff who clearly didn't want to do it and we're ill prepared. One guy didn't know what I did. Turns out he runs the whole thing and is the most clueless of them all.
At first an email with an invitation to Online Assessment Center with other candidates. When assessments starts it has two parts and if they like you there is a final interview the same day.

Pros:
Very good interviewer
Helped me formulate my thoughts better
Really pleasant interview experience
Cons:
The interview started a bit late
Not a lot of technical talk, mostly HR interview material
